My journey in the tech world is underpinned by a robust foundation in Salesforce, where I held certifications as a Salesforce.com Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Developer, and Administrator.

Beyond my technical expertise, I hold various Project Management certificates, which equips me with the agility and leadership skills needed to navigate and succeed in today's fast-paced digital environment. My role often involves wearing multiple hats, from being an experienced Project manager to  a Prince 2 Programme management expert. These skills enable me to drive projects from conception to completion, ensuring that we not only meet but exceed our clients' expectations.
